Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Whenever you are evaluated for new contact lenses it is standard of care to see you back for a follow up. The doctor wants to confirm his measurements, that your vision is good, that the contacts are comfortable, and most importantly, that the contacts are fitting well and not tight enough to cause a future problem. Just because they feel good, does not mean the the fit is acceptable and we take that risk and your eye health seriously. While we are sorry that you don't agree with our protocol, our rules are in place for your own protection and we will not compromise your eye care. The misunderstanding over the Clear vs. Color Contacts is something that will be covered in our next meeting so thank your bringing that to our attention. Not the best experience at all. I have been wearing contacts for close to 20 years now and I have also worked in the field so Im very aware of how everything works. The day of the appointment was great , I was told by the doctor the brand in which I wear In contacts were no longer being made so he provided me with a trial pair of color contacts to try for a week since the colors changed a bit. He also provided a clear pair with my prescription. After 3 days I decided that after 20 years of wear color contacts I wanted to go clear and went to order my contacts online and realized I didnt have my prescription. I called in to have it sent but was told I could not have it because the doctor wanted to see me in contacts to make sure I adjusted well. I have been wearing contacts for 20 years what is there to adjust to? I was also told that my prescription was written out solely for color contacts so if I wanted to get clear I couldnt. This is the most horrible customer service I have ever received. I will not be recommending anyone to this place. They take your money and make up ways to attempt to make you come back. The below response says it their protocol but per the doctor I saw he wanted to see me back regarding the color change. Customer beware.

Bad customer service. Been a patient for 5 years. Called w a small issue and was told to come in. Arrived and it was a different story. Suddenly it was escalated to an appointment and they could probably work me in. Let them know this would cost them 3 patients. Apparently this is not a concern. Left, drive down 121 and found a caring professional who helped me right away and did not ask for an office visit fee. She just gained a new family of patients.

**IF I COULD LEAVE LESS STARS I WOULD* Long story short, was given the wrong prescription (about 2 weeks ago) and i know because i just went else where to re-do my eye exam because i was not seeing right still. I paid a tone of money on my frame then because of what they said they had my lenses where thick and they charge way extra for it. Lets just say i paid over a grand and that was with vision Insurance. I told them that i am pre diabetic and in meds and they never used my medical insurance either and they never sent my primary my vision information even though they were supposed to. I had never paid so much money for exam, frames and lenses.
